\nToday, September 2nd<\/sup> 2012, the USA Debt has reached an all time high of USD 16 Trillion as can be seen from the image here above.
\nWith a population of approx \u00a0313,428,000\u00a0<\/strong>people it means that the USA National debt is approx.\u00a0USD 51,047\u00a0<\/strong>per citizen.<\/p>\n

With a GDP per Capita of apprrox USD 48,200.00<\/strong>, it means that currently the USA National Dept per capita is currently 105%<\/strong>.
\nIt is worth mentioning that this debt excludes off-balance sheet unfunded liabilities, for medical, social-securities and other entitlement programs.<\/p>\n

Before continuing reading this article, we\u00a0suggest\u00a0you to take a minute of\u00a0silence \u00a0to reflect on the meaning and implication of the above-mentioned data.<\/p>\n

From this\u00a0chart\u00a0below\u00a0\u00a0you can see how the USA National debt has developed since 1940.<\/p>\n

With the USA FED monatizing this debt\u00a0it\u00a0is not a question \u00a0if<\/strong>, but\u00a0when <\/strong>these foreign holders of the USA Debt Securities\u00a0will\u00a0lose their confidence in\u00a0the USD<\/strong>\u00a0and its Debt-Securities and subsequently\u00a0start dumping them.<\/p>\n

The fact that\u00a0CHINA, RUSSIA and the mayor Oil Exporting Countries\u00a0are\u00a0increasing\u00a0their gold reserves is an indication that the position of the US-Dollar as a world currency is poised to lose its prominent position.<\/p>\n

With an increasing budget and fiscal deficit, sooner, much sooner\u00a0than many\u00a0people\u00a0believe, we’ll see a burst of the Treasury market and a massive\u00a0flight\u00a0into the safe haven of Gold, Silver and other precious metals.<\/p>\n

We therefore\u00a0we advise investors and the middle class to exchange their paper\u00a0or\u00a0<\/strong>fiat-money<\/a>\u00a0for Real Money:<\/strong>\u00a0Gold, Silver, and other precious metals, before it is too late.<\/p>\n

Last but not least, before following any investing advice, always take your investment horizon and risk tolerance into consideration and keep in mind that the price of Commodities, Precious metals as well as the stocks of their producers can be very\u00a0volatile and that sharp corrections may happen in the short term.<\/p>\n
